Keropok Lekor is my favourite street food in Malaysia! Because of that I'm dedicating 3 ways to cook them in my channel!
Here's to the Olden tradition of boiling it to be keropok losing and then you can eat it like that mixed with rice and sambal or dip in sauce. Or boil it and then fry it to have it soft and chewy inside but still crunchy outside and the fishy scent is reduced this way!
